How:  Automation of inventory management, service call reporting, and meter billing.

Inventory Management: When a unit creates a low consumable (toner, waste container, drum, etc.) prompt, a message is created and sent to our supplies team.  The low consumable is then pulled, labeled with asset tag ID, and delivered to location.  If you run out of toner, it is our fault!

Service Call Reporting:  When a unit creates a service prompt, a message is created and sent to our service team.  A member of that team will call to confirm.  If this issue is true, your assigned technician will be dispatched to solve the issue.

Meter Billing:  At the end of the assigned period, our agent will create a usage report and send to our billing team.  No longer will you have go to each unit and do this manually!
