you will accept the Terms & Conditions and compensation stated in this document. All equipment placements are handled by the Selling Dealer.
Therefore, your Servicing Dealer agrees not to solicit, negotiate, or quote pricing with the customer of any kind without contacting or consent of the
Selling Dealer.
